Ein Panoramakopf ist notwendig, um Parallaxenfehler zu vermeiden. Die im Handel erhältlichen Panoramaköpfe sind häufig ziemlich kostspielig und schwer. Es ist so gut wie alles erhältlich, vom ««Lotterkopf»» bis zum computergesteuerten High-Tech-Panohead.
